My Finances — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
The My Finances app (the "App") is developed and distributed by an individual, Manuchekhr Melibaev (the "Developer", "we").

2. In short
- Your financial data is stored only on your device. No sign-up is needed and we never receive it.
- Data leaves your device only when you choose to: sending feedback, saving a backup or exporting transactions.
- If the App adds advertising or a paid subscription, the sections below describe what data is processed. We will update this policy and notify you before those changes take effect.
3. Data stored on your device
The App stores on your device:
- transactions (amounts, dates, categories, notes), categories, accounts and transfers;
- budgets, goals and goal top-ups, and goal photos if you add them;
- your greeting name, currency, language, theme and other settings.
We have no access to this data. Deleting the App deletes it. You can keep a copy with a backup (section 5).
4. Device permissions

You can revoke any permission in your device settings.
5. Backups and exports
When you save a backup or export transactions to CSV, the App creates a file and opens the system share sheet. You choose where the file goes (Files, a messenger, email, cloud storage). The chosen service handles it under its own terms. We do not receive the file.
6. Feedback
If you send feedback from the App, we receive:
- your feedback text;
- any photos or screenshots you attach (up to 3);
- the App version and your device's operating system version.
Your transactions, accounts and balances are not included.
Feedback is sent through our server on the Cloudflare platform and delivered to the Developer via the Telegram messenger. We use feedback only to reply to you and improve the App, and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes. You can request deletion of feedback you sent using the contact in section 1.
7. Paid subscription (when available)
If the App offers a paid subscription, payment is handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). They receive your card details; we do not. We only receive whether your subscription is active, to unlock its features. Payments are governed by Apple's or Google's terms.
8. Advertising (when available)
If the App shows ads, they will be served by advertising networks (for example, Google AdMob). An ad network may receive:
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android);
- approximate location based on your IP address;
- information about your device and your interaction with ads.
Your financial data is never shared with ad networks.
On iPhone, the advertising identifier is used only after you consent in the system prompt. You can turn off ad personalization in your device settings. Before ads launch, we will list the ad networks we use and link to their privacy policies.
9. Analytics and crash reports (if added)
The App currently collects no analytics. If we add anonymized usage statistics or crash reports, we will update this policy before collection starts and name the services used.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Your rights
At any time you can:
- delete all data: More → Delete all data, or uninstall the App;
- revoke permissions in your device settings;
- request information about, or deletion of, feedback you sent us — via the contact in section 1.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when ads or subscriptions are added. The new version is published at the same link with a new date. We will notify you in the App of material changes.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
