My Finances — Terms of Service

1. General

1.1. These terms govern your use of the My Finances app (the "App"), developed by an individual, Manuchekhr Melibaev (the "Developer").

1.2. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

2.1. The App helps you track personal income and expenses, accounts, budgets and goals.

2.2. The App is a tracking tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Tips, forecasts and recommendations are calculated automatically from the data you enter and are for information only. You make your own financial decisions.

2.3. The App is not connected to your bank, does not make payments and has no access to your bank accounts or cards. Payment network badges are only labels for your own accounts.

3. License

3.1. The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. You may not decompile, modify or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly allows it; use it for unlawful purposes; or attempt to disrupt it or the feedback server.

3.3. Rights in the App, its design, texts and images belong to the Developer or are used by the Developer lawfully.

4. Your data

4.1. The data you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping it safe.

4.2. Deleting the App, changing or losing your device, or a device failure will cause data loss. Save backups regularly: More → Save a backup.

4.3. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Paid subscription (when available)

5.1. Some features may become available through a paid subscription. Price, term and included features are shown before purchase.

5.2. Payment and renewal are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5.3. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.

5.4. Features that are free at the time of installation may change. We will notify you in advance.

6. Advertising (when available)

The free version of the App may show third-party ads. We are not responsible for ad content or for advertisers' products and services. Ads are not shown while you are entering a transaction.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. The App is provided "as is". We work to make it correct, but do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for your purposes.

7.2. Calculations (balances, forecasts, percentages) depend on the data you enter. Check important figures yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including data loss and financial decisions made in reliance on the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. The Developer may stop supporting or distributing the App.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version is published at the same link with a new date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, as provided by law.
